Taking you to festapizzaco.com
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them (unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging) and include proof of purchase.
Contact us at support@festapizzaco.com before sending any items back. If approved, we’ll provide instructions (and a prepaid label if you choose that option). Return instructions vary by item and shipping method (including freight-shipped ovens) and will be provided based on your specific order. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. You may use your own carrier or request a prepaid label, in which case the label cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 5% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, deducted from your refund; this fee does not apply if the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error.
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover return shipping, and return instructions specific to your order will be provided when you contact us.
